Your macOS version and the app version (in the app menu → About).
What you did and what happened. A screenshot helps.
For license questions, the email you used for the order. Don’t send the full key.

My DAW still lists a plugin I turned off. Rescan plugins in the DAW, or restart it.

A version looks wrong. Versions are checked every night. Email the plugin name and the version you see on the vendor’s site.

I got a new Mac. Deactivate the old one in Settings → License, then enter the key on the new one. A key works on up to 3 Macs.

I lost my key. It’s in your Lemon Squeezy receipt. You can also find it at app.lemonsqueezy.com/my-orders.
